The room was clean and well-equipped, with a spacious layout that allowed for a relaxing stay. the hotel's location, just a stone's throw away from the main square and a short walk from the Glowney train station, made it an ideal base for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Although the hotel lacked its own parking lot, the staff were helpful in arranging nearby parking facilities for guests. the 24-hour reception and attentive service further enhanced the overall experience. While the amenities provided were adequate, some aspects could be improved for a more luxurious experience. Considering the value for money, however, Portal House offers a decent stay with a good balance between cost and comfort. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a convenient and affordable option in Krakow, particularly those with an interest in exploring the city's historic sites and vibrant culture.
